Is standard cleaning enough for dog odor?
Light use often responds well to standard cleaning. For persistent pet odor, we recommend the heavy odor add-on so the crew can budget time and product for extra passes in urine-heavy zones.
How is pricing set?
Quotes are based on square footage plus any add-ons, with a minimum job size. If measured area on site is larger, we follow the same per-square rate shown in your agreement.
What happens after the deposit?
The deposit secures the appointment. The remaining balance is due after the job, with clear status in your customer portal and optional online payment.
