Services and area

Turfflex provides professional artificial turf cleaning and related yard services in Arizona, primarily in the Phoenix metropolitan area and surrounding communities we publish on our site. Service availability, crew assignment, and scheduling are subject to capacity, weather, and safe working conditions.

Marketing copy, sample photos, and instant quotes are estimates. Final pricing may be based on measured square footage at the time of service, scope agreed on site, and any add-ons you select or that are required for a safe, quality result.

Quotes, deposits, and payment

Our instant quote flow shows pricing based on the information you provide. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment; deposit terms are shown at checkout. Remaining balance is typically due after service according to the checkout or invoice terms presented in your booking flow.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment partners we disclose at checkout. You agree to their terms where applicable. Turfflex does not store your full payment card number on our servers.

If you cancel or reschedule, any refund or credit follows the policy stated at booking or in writing from our team. Chargebacks or payment disputes may affect our ability to serve you in the future.

Property access and preparation

You are responsible for accurate address and access information (gates, codes, pets, water, power, parking). If the yard is not reasonably clear of debris, pet waste, or obstacles as described in your booking or on our site, we may apply a cleanup fee, pause work, or decline service for safety reasons.

You represent that you have authority to allow Turfflex (and our agents or subcontractors) onto the property for the scheduled work.

Results and limitations

Turf age, infill, drainage, pet use, sun exposure, and prior damage affect outcomes. We strive for excellent results but do not guarantee a specific appearance, odor level, or longevity beyond what is reasonable for your site conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turfflex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for a booking is generally limited to the amount you paid Turfflex for that service unless a higher limit is required by law.

Website and accounts

You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping, attempting to bypass security, or overloading systems). Optional customer login features (for example My appointments) are provided for convenience; you are responsible for safeguarding access to your email or device used to sign in.

We may update features, pricing displays, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree to bring claims in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless a different venue is required by statute.
