Turfflex provides professional artificial turf cleaning and related services. Our public website and customer tools may be delivered through hosting providers (for example Google Firebase for application hosting, authentication, database, and file storage as described in your booking flow).

Information we collect

• Contact and property details: name, phone number, email address, service address, unit or gate notes, and similar fields you enter in the quote, booking, or contact flows.
• Job and account data: square footage estimates, add-ons, agreements, appointment times, access notes, service checklists or reports, and optional login identifiers tied to your email or phone when you use features like My appointments.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and limited billing metadata; Stripe handles card data according to its policies.
• Communications: SMS or email content necessary to confirm bookings, send reminders, share service updates, or respond to support—using providers such as Twilio, Resend, Gmail API, or integrated CRM webhooks where configured for our operations.
• Technical data: standard server or application logs, device/browser type, and approximate region may be collected automatically to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide quotes, schedule and perform services, and document completed work (including photos or PDF reports where applicable).
• Process deposits and balances, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records.
• Send operational messages (confirmations, changes, reminders, completion and payment notices).
• Improve our website, pricing tools, and customer experience.
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of customers, crew, and the public.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist us (hosting, payments, messaging, maps) subject to contracts or terms that limit use to providing services to Turfflex.

Maps and address autocomplete

If you use address features on our site, Google Maps / Places may process the characters you type according to Google's privacy policy. We use those features to reduce address errors and improve routing.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for sign-in sessions, security, and basic site function. Analytics or marketing cookies, if added in the future, will be described in an updated notice where required.

Retention

We retain booking and payment-related records for as long as needed to operate the business, meet accounting and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period.
